HOW TO APPLY

STEP 1

Before proceeding with the application process, make sure you have the official requirements on hand to upload with your application.

STEP 2

Choose a debit card, a credit card or a combination of both. UnionBank offers the first debit card that earns you GetGo points from Cebu Pacific with every purchase. Enjoy the benefits of using a credit card just as much with the convenience of a debit card—or better, even both!

STEP 3

Complete the application form. Make sure all necessary fields are filled and all information is up-to-date.

STEP 4

Once you’ve submitted the necessary documents and your completed application form, you can pick-up your debit card at any UnionBank branch nationwide or wait for your credit card to be delivered to your home.

Requirements

Acceptable IDs (Original and unexpired):

*Credit card applications: Please submit an ID with your signature.

*Present any one (1) of these IDs! (Original and Unexpired)

  • Passport (Note: Mandatory for foreigners)
  • PRC ID
  • NBI Clearance (Note: must include receipt)
  • GSIS e-card / GSIS ID (membership ID)/ Unified Multipurpose ID (UMID)
  • SSS ID/ Unified Multipurpose ID (UMID)
  • IBP ID
  • School ID (Note: along with the registration for the current school year and birth certificate)

*Don’t have any of the IDs above? You can also bring any two (2) of the following:

  • ID issued by the National Council on Disability Affairs
  • Driver's License
  • Senior Citizen Card
  • Government office and GOCC ID
  • Company ID issued by private entities or institutions registered with or supervised or regulated either by the BSP, SEC or IC (Note: ID must match employer indicated in the application form)
  • PhilHealth Insurance Card ng Bayan
  • Overseas Workers Welfare Administration ID
  • OFW ID
  • Seaman's Book
  • Alien Certificate of Registration/ Immigrant Certificate of Registration
  • Postal ID (Note: Old Postal IDs must be issued by Post Office of the Residence indicated in the Application Form)
  • Voter's ID
  • TIN

Proof of Income (any of the following for credit card applications)
  • Previous year ITR
  • Payslips from the past 3 months
  • If Self-Employed: DTI certificate of business name registration
  • Existing Credit Cardholders: Copy of latest credit card statement

Proof of Address (optional supporting documents for debit card applications)
  • Latest credit card statement of account
  • Electricity, water, or telecommunications bill
