  1. What is GetGo?


    GetGo is a lifestyle rewards program that allows you to accumulate points on your everyday spending (on groceries, utilities, gasoline, etc.) and redeem those points for a free flight. Visit www.GetGo.com.ph to learn more about the program.


CEBU PACIFIC GETGO CARD APPLICATION

  1. I'm not yet a GetGo Member. Can I still apply for a debit and/or a credit card?


    Yes, you can apply for the cards. Once your application has been approved, you will be automatically enrolled to the GetGo program and receive a GetGo Membership Card along with your debit/credit card.


  2. I forgot my GetGo email address/membership number and password. Can I still apply?


    Yes, you can apply. Please fill up all of the required fields in the application form.


  3. I can't complete the entire application now. Can I save the fields I've already filled out?


    Yes, you can save the form. We will be sending you an email alongside a link to your application. Please note that your application will only be saved for 48-hours and will then be deleted.


  4. Do I have to upload my IDs/proof of income with my application?


    For faster processing of your application, we encourage you to upload all required documents online. However, you can still push through with your application without uploading. Please expect a call from our customer service agent requesting you to submit all necessary documents via email or fax.


  5. How will I know if my application has been successfully submitted?


    You will receive an email after you click submit. Please note that you will only be able to submit the form once completing all mandatory fields. For Debit Card, you will be given a reference number which you will need to show to any UnionBank branch to complete your debit card application and receive your GetGo debit card.

GETGO ENROLLMENT AND CARD ACTIVATION

  1. How do I activate my Cebu Pacific GetGo Credit and/or Debit Card?


    For Cebu Pacific GetGo Credit Cards, simply call the UnionBank hotline:


    For Metro Manila: (632) 981-1616 /(632) 631-7528.


    For Outside Metro Manila: 1-800-1888-2277 (using PLDT landline)


    For Cebu Pacific Debit Cards, your card is automatically activated when you pick it up at the UnionBank branch.


  2. How do I know what GetGo Number is enrolled to my credit or debit card?


    There are three (3) ways to check the GetGo number enrolled to your credit or debit card:



  3. Can I enroll multiple GetGo Numbers to my Cebu Pacific Credit and/or Debit card?


    No, you may only enroll one (1) GetGo number per card.


  4. How do I activate my GetGo card?


    You will receive an email from GetGo once your GetGo account is set up. If you already have an existing GetGo account, you will instead receive an email with instructions on how to link the new GetGo card to your existing account.


  5. I was given a new GetGo card, but I already have an existing GetGo account with card. How do I link this new card to my existing account?


    You will receive an email from GetGo with instructions on how to link the new card to your existing account. Alternatively, you can login to your existing account at www.GetGo.com.ph -> click on “Link another card to this account?” -> enter the new card number under the “LINK ANOTHER CARD” section.

  6. Can I still use the new GetGo card to earn points after linking?


    Yes, you can still use it to earn points after linking. All points earned on this new card will be combined with your existing account balance thereafter. If you already have a card associated with your existing account, you can conveniently use both cards (new plus existing) to earn points!


USING YOUR GETGO DEBIT AND CREDIT CARDS

  1. How do I fund my debit card?


    Deposit at any UnionBank Branch, Interbank Fund Transfer, PayPal (Link to: https://www.unionbankph.com/personal/debitcards/cards/eon/paypal-guide), GCash, and via Bancnet ATMs. You can also use UnionBank’s Cash Deposit Acceptance Machines located at selected UnionBank branches.


  2. How do I enroll my cards to internet and mobile banking?


    • Cebu Pacific GetGo Debit Card:

      • Mobile Banking - To activate your account, download the uMobile App at the App Store or via Google Play and follow the steps provided. 

      • Internet Banking - Visit www.unionbankph.com to register your account

    • Cebu Pacific GetGo Credit Card:

      • Online Banking - To enroll your credit card, visit www.unionbankph.com. Under Account Login, click on UnionBank Credit Card. Your Credit Card number will serve as your access ID. For your default password, input the last 5 digits of your Credit Card number.


EARNING GETGO POINTS

  1. How do I earn GetGo points using my Cebu Pacific GetGo Credit Card?


    For every PHP30 you spend using your Cebu Pacific GetGo Credit Card, you earn 1 GetGo point. Aside from this, GetGo will be giving you an additional 1 GetGo point for every PHP5 you spend on Cebu Pacific, as this is one of the perks of being a GetGo member.


    Sample Computation:


    Cebu Pacific Ticket: PHP 5,000


    GetGo Points from Credit Card: 166

    GetGo Points from Cebu Pacific: 1,000


    TOTAL: 1,166 GetGo Points


  2. How do I earn GetGo points using my Cebu Pacific GetGo Debit Card?


    For every PHP88 you spend using your Cebu Pacific GetGo Credit Card, you earn 1 GetGo point. Aside from this, GetGo will be giving you an additional 1 GetGo point for every PHP5 you spend on Cebu Pacific, as this is one of the perks of being a GetGo member.


    Sample Computation:


    Cebu Pacific Ticket: PHP 5,000


    GetGo Points from Debit Card: 56
    GetGo Points from Cebu Pacific: 1,000

  3. What transactions are qualified to earn GetGo points?


    All VISA POS transactions, whether via POS and online are included in the computation of GetGo points.


    Fees and charges such as annual fees, interest charges and the like, cash advances, and purchases for business transactions are not included in the computation and cannot earn GetGo points.


  4. Can my supplementary cards earn GetGo points?


    All supplementary card usage earns GetGo points. These GetGo points are automatically transferred to the principal cardholder, which shall be part of the points transferred to the enrolled GetGo account.


REDEEMING GETGO POINTS

  1. How do I convert card points to GetGo points?


    There is no redemption process required to convert your card points to GetGo points. For Credit Cards: Your earned points will automatically be transferred to your enrolled GetGo account every cycle.

    For Debit Cards: Your earned points will be automatically transferred to your enrolled GetGo account every first week of the following month.


  2. How will I know the number of GetGo points that have been transferred to my account?


    For Credit Cards: Your monthly Statement of Account shall indicate the number of GetGo cards that will be transferred to your enrolled GetGo account. To view your accumulated GetGo points, you can log on to www.GetGo.com.ph or call +632 71-GetGo (43846).


    For Debit Cards: To view your accumulated GetGo points, you can log on to www.GetGo.com.ph or call +632 71-GetGo (43846).


  3. How do I redeem GetGo points for Cebu Pacific flights?


    Go to www.GetGo.com.ph to use GetGo points for Cebu Pacific flights.

  1. How do I avail of my Free 5kg Additional Baggage Allowance?


    You must have Prepaid Baggage of at least 15kg to avail of the free additional baggage allowance. Simply present your Cebu Pacific GetGo Credit Card upon check-in or bag drop.


  2. What is the process for Priority Check-in?


    Present your Cebu Pacific GetGo Credit Card to any Cebu Pacific ground staff and look for the Cebu Pacific GetGo Platinum lane sign at the following airports: NAIA Terminal 3, Cebu, Bacolod, Davao, Iloilo, and Kalibo. Cebu Pacific may redirect you to regular lanes to give way to priority passengers such as Senior Citizens, Persons with Restricted Mobility, and pregnant women, or to minimize overcrowding at the check-in counters.


  3. Where can I enjoy Complimentary Airport Lounge Access?


    By simply presenting your Cebu Pacific GetGo Credit Card and boarding ticket, you can enjoy complimentary airport lounge access to NAIA 3 SkyView Lounge and Davao MIASCOR Lounge.
